How it works
Once you complete the form on this page, you will receive a confirmation email and text message with details about your delivery.
This will include the driver's name, phone number, and an estimated time of arrival.
For most orders, we aim to deliver within an hour.
If your order exceeds 100 lbs or requires a specific vehicle, the delivery time may be adjusted slightly.
Rates only apply to deliveries within a 30 miles radius. Please contact Crateful customer service for quotes on longer distance deliveries.
Note: Our service is designed for deliveries after you've paid the seller using Venmo or any other mobile payment service. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with purchases made in cash, as you’ll need to pick those up yourself.
Note: We have the right to decline deliveries at our discretion.
